    Start low and work your way up. Level 1 is gentle, Level 3 is firmer here's no rush to jump to max on night one. If anything feels like too much, just dial it back or stop.

    Will these fit my leg size?

    The zip-on design (not Velcro) is built to fit most calf sizes comfortably. Skip the guesswork of strap adjustments just zip and go.

    How do I clean them?

    Wipe down the fabric with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid submerging in water or machine washing, since the airbags and wiring are inside.
