Returns & Eligibility:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if items are new or lightly used and remain in good condition, without excessive wear or damage. Please include the original packaging if you still have it, if not, any sturdy box that will protect the item during shipping is fine.
How to start a return:
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@haviraco.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the item securely.
Incorrect or damaged items:
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@haviraco.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. This helps us process your claim quickly and doesn't affect your return, but claims submitted without documentation will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Non-refundable items:
We do not currently exclude specific product categories from returns. Items must meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.
Return shipping cost:
Return shipping is free of charge. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Lost or damaged returns:
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds & exchanges:
If you paid a shipping fee when placing an order, the fee is non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 days and refunded to the original payment method.
We do not accept exchanges.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
