For hygiene reasons, items showing excessive use may not be eligible for return.
How to Cancel an Order:
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, if your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned.
How to start a return:
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@haviraco.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the item securely.
Return shipping cost:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Lost or damaged returns:
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.
Refunds & exchanges:
Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
