Products & Accuracy

We strive to display our products and product information as accurately as possible. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device display settings. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Your billing and shipping information is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be returned to the original payment method.

Pricing

Product prices may change from time to time. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may correct the error before an order is fulfilled and will contact you if the correction affects an order you have already placed.

All prices are listed in USD.

Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders $100 or more. Orders below this amount are charged a flat rate of $4.99.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

After processing, orders are typically in transit for approximately 6-11 business days

The total estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days from the date the order is placed, including processing and transit time.

Handling times: 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 6:00 pm Eastern time will be processed the next business day.

 Returns & Eligibility:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if items are new or lightly used and remain in good condition, without excessive wear or damage. Please include the original packaging if you still have it, if not, any sturdy box that will protect the item during shipping is fine. 

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 days and refunded to the original payment method. At this time, we do not accept exchanges. 

Incorrect or damaged items:

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@haviraco.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. This helps us process your claim quickly and doesn't affect your return, but claims submitted without documentation will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

How to cancel an order:

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, if your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

Orders are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and fulfillment networks. The dispatch location may vary depending on the product, supplier, and available inventory. We currently deliver only to addresses within the United States.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Haviraco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Products are not provided with any additional warranties or guarantees unless expressly stated on the applicable product page or required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to our website if these terms are violated, the website is misused, or fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected. Termination of website access does not affect any rights or obligations relating to orders already placed, including applicable return or refund rights.
